Product Exchange Policy


Generally, products purchased on this site are not returnable (see more detail under terms of  service) for refund or exchange as they are custom, made to order.  Of course, if there is a quality issue or a mistake – we will do our best to resolve the issue (we want you happy!)    Please contact and explain the situation.  Please include order date and number when you reach out.

Uniforms and apparel for your club or organization purchased through a custom webstore within are the sole exception to this policy.   Refunds will not be offered (refer again to our terms of service), however – we may offer an exchange of product for a size ordered in error

Our exchange policy expires 30 days from the order completion date.  If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange.   To be eligible for an exchange or a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Products must not have been worn or laundered, must have all of the original tags intact, and in the protective packaging it arrived in (we understand that the package may have been opened – that is fine).
  • To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, and the order number found on your original invoice.    Please send to and we will respond with further instruction.

Please do not send your purchase back to us or to your sponsoring organization for exchange without first receiving specific authorization and instruction via email from us. 

Shipping items to us under our exchange policy

To return your product, you should deliver it to : Trinity Shirts and Signs, 105 Waterford Falls Drive, Canton Georgia 30114, unless otherwise instructed.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.  Most of our products are manufactured on demand, and include a 2 week or more lead time.

You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item unless it is trackable
